Project
Project is a dynamic young music trio comprised of Flute, Cello and Acoustic Bass. These musicians provide a bridge for young people whose awareness resides largely in contemporary popular music, inviting them into the vast and rich world of classical music. Propelled by the percussive groove of beatbox flute dynamo Greg Pattillo, and featuring impressive instrumental virtuosity by bassist Peter Seymour and cellist Eric Stephenson, Project inspires young audiences with their raw and innovative style.
Drawing from a vast repertoire including masterworks of history's great composers, original compositions, and recognizable melodies from our pop culture, Project offers validation for quality music of any genre. They seamlessly slip in and out of contemporary styles while maintaining a sincere allegiance to their classical roots. Young audiences are spellbound as they discover worlds that they never imagined existed. Classical music has never been so hip!!
